Why am I so tired when nothing is technically wrong?
Maybe you don't need another thing to think about. Maybe you need to experience yourself differently.
You're getting things done.
You're showing up.
You're holding it all together.
From the outside, your life might look completely fine.
So why are you so tired?
Why does everything feel like effort?
Why are you restless when you can't quite explain what you're looking for?
Why do you keep thinking your way around the same questions?
Maybe you've thought about changing your career. Your relationship. Your routine.
Maybe you've taken the holiday, downloaded the app, started the practice, listened to the podcast.
And maybe it helps.
For a while.
Then the noise comes back.
Maybe you don't need another thing to think about.
Maybe you need to experience yourself differently.
You’ve become really good at holding it all together.
You're capable.
Responsible.
The one people rely on.
The one who remembers everything, keeps things moving.
But somewhere along the way, you may have also learned to hold yourself together.
To keep going when you're tired.
To be sensible.
To be good.
To not be too loud, too emotional, too silly, too much.
To put yourself last because there's always someone or something else that needs you.
And you can get very good at it.
Until you realise you don't feel quite like yourself anymore.
What if there’s nothing wrong with you…
What if the answer isn't another strategy for fixing yourself?
What if you've simply become very good at living from your head. Analysing, managing, anticipating, making sense of everything, while your body has been quietly carrying the rest?
Your body communicates constantly.
Through tension.
Breath.
Movement.
Sensation.
Energy.
Sound.
Sometimes the body knows something before the mind has words for it.
Sometimes the body needs to take us somewhere the mind can't.
That's where my work begins.
A body-led approach.
Because haven’t you tried enough thinking?
You don't need to understand the science before you experience it.
You don't need to know how to dance.
You don't need to be “good” at meditation.
You don't need to be particularly connected to your body.
And you don't need to know what you're doing.
Everything is guided.
You simply arrive with a body and a little curiosity.
So what actually happens at UNEDITED?
You move.
You breathe.
You use your voice (not in some crazy way, unless you want to! It’s all guided).
You notice.
You might laugh.
You might cry.
You might feel resistance.
You might surprise yourself.
There is no choreography and no performance.
You won't be asked to dance for anyone or demonstrate anything.
You can move as much or as little as feels right.
You don't have to talk about what you're experiencing.
You don't have to share.
And you don't have to force yourself to “let go.”
The work is about creating enough space and safety for your body to show you what is actually there.
Because sometimes the most interesting thing isn't what happens when you let go.
It's noticing what stops you from letting go.
One woman discovered exactly this recently: her mind wanted to move freely, but her body didn't completely follow.
Instead of judging herself, she became curious about the resistance.
And that became part of the work. And the shift happened.
What UNEDITED can look like
You might be a little nervous
Most women are.
You might wonder what to expect, worry about looking silly, or feel hesitant about being vulnerable.
You're not alone.
This isn't about getting it right.
It's about giving yourself permission to experience what happens when you stop holding everything together.
A little about me.
Holistic Psychologist & Somatic Practitioner
For years, both personally and professionally, I've been asking the same question:
Why do so many of us know ourselves so well and still feel disconnected from who we really are?
I've spent 15 years working across psychology, neuroscience and nervous system science, alongside years of personal exploration and practice.
And I've come to understand something simple:
Sometimes the body needs to take us where the mind can't.
This methodology wasn't designed from a theory.
It was lived.
It's the result of years of personal excavation, clinical practice and exploring different modalities — gathering the pieces that eventually came together into something simple.
A way of working that starts in the body and lets the mind follow.
You can read about your nervous system.
You can learn about somatics.
You can understand why movement, breath and sound affect the body.
And that's useful.
But there comes a point where understanding becomes another way of staying in your head.
At some point, you have to experience it.
That's why I've created a simple somatic practice you can try for yourself.
A chance to move.
To breathe.
To notice.
To get out of your head for a little while and back into your body.
No complicated routine.
No expectation.
Just an experience.
You don’t have to understand it before you experience it.
