Holistic Psychologist
Hey I’m Louise,
I blend psychology, body intelligence, and purpose-driven insight to help you move from self-awareness to self-trust.
Because I’ve been there too.
I could name every one of my patterns - the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the "never enough" feeling), and still find myself right back in them the next day.
I'd have these breakthroughs from my own self-work, and think,
“Great - I really get it this time”.
And then I’d go and do the exact same thing again.
I had the Master’s degree.
I had 13 years of experience in psychology.
I had all the insight in my head.
But the insight wasn’t changing anything.
Sound familiar?
That's when I realised—
I’d been trying to think my way out of patterns that lived in my body.
These patterns aren’t just habits -
they’re wired into your nervous system,
built into your identity,
shaped by protection, not logic.
You can’t “know better” your way out of them.
You have to work with your body and mind to create the change you really want.
That’s what I help my clients do — work with their whole self, not just their thoughts.
So they stop trying to become someone new, and remember who they already are.
This gap between knowing and doing
The one that makes you think “why do I keep ending up here?” —
Is exactly why I work differently.
We don’t just talk about what’s happening.
We work through it — with your mind, body, and your intuition.
So instead of analysing another layer, you start feeling what’s true again.
That’s when self-trust rebuilds itself.
Things begin to click.
And I have a feeling you might be ready for a new way of working with yourself?
Ready to break the cycle?
Start with the quiz -
It’s a simple way to uncover the pattern running the show (& your next intuitive step).

A bit about my background.
I’ve spent more than 13 years as a Holistic Psychologist, part of a growing wave of practitioners who refuse to keep healing stuck in the head.
My background includes a Master’s in Psychology and training in Mindfulness & Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Psychology.
What moves me most is watching what happens when someone stops looking outside for answers and begins trusting the quiet voice that’s been there all along.
