Hi I’m Louise,

I'm a Holistic Psychologist who blends science, spirituality, and body intelligence to help women move beyond just understanding their patterns to actually living differently and transforming.

Here’s the thing—

I've been exactly where you might be right now.

I could see my patterns so clearly (the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the “not enough” feeling), but somehow still kept playing them out, over and over.

I’d have these moments of insight—

whether it was during therapy or journaling—

and then the next day, I’d fall right back into the same old behaviors.

Frustrating didn’t even begin to cover it.

With a Bachelor's and Master's in Psychology plus 12+ years in the corporate world, I had all the knowledge.

But knowledge alone wasn't changing anything.

That’s when I realised—traditional therapy gave me plenty of “why,” but not nearly enough “how.”

I'd get these intuitive nudges about what I needed, but then talk myself out of listening.

I could spot unhealthy relationship dynamics a mile away—in theory—while still finding myself stuck in them.

On Monday, I’d intellectually know my worth, but by Wednesday, I’d be searching for validation outside myself.

Sound familiar?

That gap between knowing and doing led me to go beyond traditional psychology and dive into spiritual and holistic practices.

Not because I was rejecting science (I'm still a science junkie at heart), but because I needed something more practical and complete.

What I discovered changed everything:

Real transformation doesn't happen just in your head.

It happens when you bring together psychological insight, spiritual wisdom, and practices that get into your body and daily life.

Now I help women who are in that same frustrating middle place—

Women who can see their patterns, but struggle to break free from them.

Women who get glimpses of their intuition and authentic self but don’t fully trust what they’re sensing.

Women who are ready to stop just understanding their lives and start actually living them differently.

Because honestly?

Life’s too short to sit around wondering “what if?”

The world needs more women who don’t just understand their power—but actually live it every single day.

It’s an investment, it’s also completely normal to question the idea of coaching. Here are some common reservations and questions clients have:

  • Investing in your well-being can be expensive. So many of my clients try to overcome their struggles on their own, but usually only get so far.

    There’s a good reason for this.

    We often can’t see what is keeping us stuck, or worse still, we’re fully aware of our habits but can’t create better ones.

    I’ve been trained to identify psychological and emotional blocks quickly. Once we figure that out - We start working on specific strategies and habits to harness your innate wisdom and body knowledge.

  • Fast forward to being 80 years old. Would you still say then, you don’t have enough time to live a life you’ve only dreamed of? To live a truly inspired life - working in a career that doesn’t feel like work, incredible and passionate relationships and find your ultimate purpose in life?

    Avoiding, numbing and distracting ourselves works great in the short-term, I know. I’ve done it!!! But it never lasts.

  • I’ve studied for 6 years at a University, gaining a Bachelor and Master in Psychology & have over 12 years experience working in psychology.

  • I have trained in Buddhism & Psychotherapy and am a certified Yoga Teacher.

  • My approach is also informed by internal family systems and integral somatic psychology.

  • I’ve studied for another 10 years in different fields, including, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, spirituality, shamanistic practices and body psychology.

  • I’ve studied under an Ordained Zen Buddhist Teacher and initiated Shaman.

  • I’m inspired by psychology, human potential, creativity, sustainability, spirituality and how the mind and body works.

  • I also adhere to ongoing professional development every year to keep current and on top of the most cutting-edge and leading science-backed practices.

  • For the last 10 years, meditation and yoga has, and still gets me through the tough times.

  • Lastly, I believe giving back to our community and earth starts with sustainable and holistic practices for our minds and bodies.
