Hi, I’m Louise.

In my 10+ years as a Psychologist, I’ve seen so many amazing people crippled by anxiety, controlled by endless thinking and inner commentary that’s incredibly damaging. I too battled with anxiety and self-sabotaging thinking for 15 years.

One day I said, enough was enough.

I’d heard how good meditation and mindfulness was supposed to be for everything in your life… like feeling more content, happier, helping your immune system etc So I started to learn more about the mind and our emotions.

I finally learnt two key strategies that changed everything.

Feel your feelings AND create a daily practice involving meditation or mindfulness.

With 10+ years personal practice with yoga and meditation and formal education studying mindfulness and psychotherapy I know first-hand, and with my clients, how life can be transformed by incorporating the above two principles.

I’ve also mentored under a Psychologist and ordained Zen Meditation teacher to learn how to incorporate Psychology and Meditation.

    Week 4

  • Learn about the brain so you know exactly what to do when overwhelm and anxiety spirals take over. Learn another key shift that will be one of the foundations of transforming stress and anxiety to calm and balance.

    Week 5

  • Learn about how your habits are keeping you stuck - so that you can start creating new habits that will get you to where you want to go

    Week 6

  • Learn and implement leading-edge therapeutic strategies to overcome even the most painful moments

    Week 7

  • Uncover what you really want out of life so that your beliefs, thoughts and emotions no longer hold you back

    Week 8

  • Learn key principles that will guide you on how to make your positive habits stick

Common Questions

  • Make an appointment with your GP and ask for a referral for group therapy. This referral will allow you to obtain a rebate from Medicare per session for up to 10 group sessions. You can also send me an email with your GP’s details and I can write them a letter introducing my 8 week group program to make the process more seamless.

  • This program is to support you where you’re at right now. This means, I’m guided by how much or how little you wish to share or talk in any given session.

    There will be opportunities for questions and feedback during each session.

  • Approximately $30 - $35 per session depending on your medicare threshold.

  • The meditation and mindfulness taught in the 8 week program is called ‘secular’ this means it is not connected with any particular religious or spiritual practice.

    You will learn different types of meditation and mindfulness practices. Everyone is different. Everyone needs to find what specific techniques and strategies work best for where you’re at right now.

    Therefore, anyone with any religious or spiritual belief and/or practice can benefit from the tools learnt in this program
